TerraCeutics™ TerraVin contains High Potency ingredients including the latest breakthrough in anti-aging supplements, Resveratrol!

TerraVin Natural Anti-aging formula contains powerful antioxidants, giving benefits to the cardiovascular system and the the immune system. Researchers believe that antioxidants, such as flavonoids or a substance called Resveratrol, found in red wine grapes, have promising heart-healthy benefits. Most bottles of wine on the market contain less than 1mg of Resveratrol in each bottle. The sure way to get the higher dosages of Resveratrol is through high quality nutritional supplements.

Resveratrol
The secret to anti-aging lies with Trans-Resveratrol, active form of resveratrol polyphenols found in the skins, seeds, and stems of red wine grapes. Trans-Resveratrol remains active only when sheltered from the sun, light, and oxygen. In this pure, ultra beneficial form, Trans-Resveratrol has been proven in studies to activate the SIRT1 longevity gene and enhance cellular productivity. Trans-Resveratrol is found here and available to you at its peak of potency.

Activin® Grape Seed Extract
The ActiPureTM is a patented (patent #5,912,363) natural extraction process. This process involves a hot water extraction of polyphenolic compounds (OPCs) from dry grape seeds. Extracted OPCs are selectively purified using food grade membrane filters and adsorption resins. Active compounds adsorbed on the resin are reversibly removed using an ethanol/water solution. Food grade membrane filters are employed to concentrate the OPCs before drying. The finished product consists of a red powder containing over 85 percent polyphenolics (measured as Gallic acid equivalents) and a potency of greater than 250 Porter units. Pine Bark Extract
Pine bark Extract (Pycnogenol®) has proven to be one of the most potent antioxidants, a property that may explain why pine bark has been used in folk medicine around the world. Pine bark contains complex polyphenols that are among the most potent of any plant. Pine polyphenols are powerful antioxidants, giving benefits to the cardiovascular system and the immune system. They are well known for supporting capillary health. Polyphenols are vigorous free radical scavengers that help the body reduce oxidative stress.

Pycnogenol® is a combination of some 40 chemicals extracted from the bark of the French maritime pine, Pinus pinaster, which grows in many areas along the Atlantic coast of France and into North Africa. Extracts and teas of pine were commonly used by early Europeans and native Americans, and reportedly are used in Asian medicine as well.

Scientific studies have also found that Pycnogenol® extends the lifetime of vitamin C in the body, prolonging its beneficial effects as an antioxidant.

Using CoQ10 to Maintain a Healthy Heart

CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) is a vitamin-like compound also called ubiquinone. CoQ10 is produced in our body to support cellular energy production and healthy cardiovascular function. CoQ10 is an essential cofactor in the production of cellular energy (ATP) found in most cells in the body, and at especially higher levels in the heart, brain, and muscle tissues. It is critical in the production of bioenergy and the quenching of free radicals. CoQ10 levels typically fall with age and supplemental CoQ10 can restore serum and tissue stores of this important coenzyme.

CoQ10 is also an antioxidant which provides protective effects against oxidation by free radicals. It is naturally present in small amounts in a wide variety of foods but is particularly high in organ meats such as heart, liver and kidney, as well as beef, soy oil, sardines, mackerel, and peanuts. To put dietary CoQ10 intake into perspective, one pound of sardines, two pounds of beef, or two and one half pounds of peanuts, provide 30 mg of CoQ10.

CoQ10 is synthesized in all bodily tissues and in healthy individuals normal levels are maintained by CoQ10 intake in foods and by the body’s synthesis of CoQ10.

CoQ10 has no known toxicity or side effects.

Maintain a Healthy Heart with Fish Oil & Omega-3 Fatty Acids

The American Heart Association Recommends adding Omega-3 fatty acids and fish oil supplements to your diet. Omega 3 contains Fish oil which can benefit the heart, and helps improve heart health for those at high risk of or already have cardiovascular disease. Every adult should be eating fish (particularly fatty fish) at least two times a week. Fish is a great source of protein and doesn’t have the high saturated fat that meat products do.

Fatty fish like mackerel, lake trout, herring, sardines, albacore tuna and salmon are high in two kinds of omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Dietary sources of omega-3 fatty acids include fish oil and certain plant and nut oils. Fish oil contains both docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), while some nuts (English walnuts) and vegetable oils (canola, soybean, flaxseed/linseed, olive) contain alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

There is evidence from multiple studies supporting intake of recommended amounts of DHA and EPA in the form of dietary fish or fish oil supplements lowers triglycerides, reduces the risk of death, heart attack, dangerous abnormal heart rhythms, and strokes in people with known cardiovascular disease. It also slows the buildup of atherosclerotic plaques (“hardening of the arteries”), and lowers blood pressure slightly. *Some species of fish carry a higher risk of environmental contamination, such as with methyl mercury. So make sure the source of your supplementation is a trusted one.
